Randomness

There's been a bunch of little things I wanted to put on here, but they never seemed deserving of their own post. So I'm just covering them all at once now.

Charlie is a total stud in his pink bow tie. I stayed up until 3 in the morning making them for all the boys for Easter, plus one more in the form of a hair clip for Ellie. No one else wanted to cooperate for a picture. But he's the cutest in it anyway (am I allowed to say that?)

Duncan got this creepy/crazy thing at a garage sale, and while I hate it, Charlie finds it fascinating.

Even superheroes get tired every once in awhile.

Tucker and Ellie spent three days in a row playing cowboy and cowgirl. Ellie learned the phrases 'Yeeha' and 'Howdy Pardner'. Apparently a doggy pillow pet is a good substitute for a horse in a pinch.

Dayton had an animal fair at school where he had to do a report on an animal and then dress up as that animal for all the parents to come and learn fun animal facts. He chose a chimpanzee and since I had no idea what do to my dad made him this awesome costume from stuff he found at Walmart. So cool.

Seriously, so stinking cute!

Last day of school. Duncan and his friends all wanted to have crazy hair so he wore Jeff's mullet wig that my mom gave him for his birthday one year. Too bad for Duncan his friends both bailed, but he kept it on all day anyways. What a great kid. Looks like Dayton has to go to the bathroom, as usual.

Since Jeff was out of a job for awhile, we had no insurance for awhile. FOUR HOURS before our new insurance kicked in Tucker smacked his face against my parents' deck while he was swinging and we had to take him Instacare to make sure it wasn't broken. Lucky for him it wasn't. But he still wore these great band-aids for about a week.

We ate lots of ice cream at the all-the-ice-cream-you-can-eat-for-$1 night in Alpine where they had the ridiculous concept of three separate lines this year: one for tickets, one for ice cream, and one for watching all of your ice cream melt while you waited to get your toppings on it.

Charlie is a big fan of Dayton's silly bands.

That's it - what we've been up to the past little while. Lots of fun, wouldn't you say?

CJ is bound to have nightmares later in childhood due to that 'thing'.

Fun Chimpanzee fact - They have stinky butts.
