Happy Birthday Tucker!!!

Tucker is such a great kid. He makes everything fun, and gets so excited about stuff. I love his enthusiasm. He was so excited this morning for his birthday. He came into my room when he woke up and wanted to make sure that he was four now. When we went out to lunch today someone asked if he was three and he told them that he was three yesterday, but he is four today. Very proud. He is a really funny kid. His favorite game lately is copycat, which drives his brothers nuts. Of course he hates it when they do it back to him.

He is a great buddy to his brothers and also Ellie. This past year when Dayton and Duncan were both at school he and Ellie got to be pretty good friends. While he definitely can be stubborn when he wants to, most of the time he is pretty easygoing and is just happy someone is playing with him. His best friends are his cousin Gracie and our next door neighbor Luke. I would say that almost every single day one of them calls him up to play. There have been a few days that I wished there were two of him b/c they have both called and one ends up disappointed. What can I say, he is a fun kid.

Tucker can also be painfully shy. He hates people looking at him. He spends a lot of time hiding behind my legs if we are somewhere with people we don't know really well. Even church. He is deathly terrified of mascots, which made it rather difficult to go to some events at the school since their cougar mascot made an appearance at most of them. He is the only one of the boys that still really likes to snuggle me, which makes me happy. He is pretty much always happy to just hang out with me. Duncan and Dayton definitely think Jeff is cooler, but Tuck is still on Team Mommy for sure. I love you Tuck!
